- Property details — the property address, parcel identifier, and any property characteristics you submit so we can analyze your assessment.
- Communications — the contents of messages you send to us, including support inquiries.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, and similar interaction data.
- Device data — browser type, operating system, device identifiers, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP.

Information from public records and third parties
- County appraisal district records — publicly available property characteristics, sales ratio studies, and assessment data published by Texas county appraisal districts.
